世界華人基督教聖樂促進會使命宣言

「世界華人基督教聖樂促進會」（1982年前稱作「東南亞基督教聖樂促進會」）成立於1972 年，是一個跨宗派、以聖經為信仰根基的非牟利基督教組織。

聖樂促進會的使命在於強化世界各地華人教會的音樂事工，以此榮耀神并宣告神國度佳音;

1. 聯絡各區域華人教會音樂領袖，支援及協調世界各地華人教會，進行音樂事工上的訓練;

2. 通過研討會與密集課程提升教會音樂領袖們屬靈與技術方面的修養與裝備;

3. 提供平台專供教會音樂事工經驗的分享、資源以及意見交流。

4. 促進卓越的教會音樂教育、歌曲創作、資源共享，以及教會音樂事工學術研究及策略的運用。

從1972年72人參加第一次馬尼拉大會開始，參加聖樂大會的人數近幾年來已激增至超越一千人。

「世界華人基督教聖樂促進會」也於1982年成立了教會音樂教育基金。我們歡迎機構組織、教會、以及個人慷慨解囊，資助研討會以及工作坊，讓那些立志要在教會音樂事工上進深的弟兄姐妹得到鼓勵、贊助、及培育機會。

WACCM Mission Statement

The World Association for Chinese Church Music was originally established in 1972 (known as “The South-East Asia Sacred Music Association” prior to 1982) as an interdenominational and non-profit Christian organization with our faith based on the Holy Bible.

The mission of the Association is to strengthen Church Music Ministry in Chinese churches around the world as to glorify God and to proclaim the good news of the Kingdom:

1. Coordinate Church Music Leadership in the various regions and provide support, training in church music ministry worldwide;

2. Raise the level of church music leadership on spiritual, technical aspects through seminars and intensive training;

3. Provide platforms for sharing church music ministry experience and the exchange of ministry ideas and church music resources.;

4. Promote excellence in church music education, composition and sharing of church music resources and planning ideas.

Starting with 72 people who attended the first Manila Conference in 1972, the attendance figure has exceeded 1000 participants in recent years.

The WACCM Church Music Education Fund has also been established since 1982. We welcome donations from various churches, organizations and individuals to support seminars and workshops for those who are committed to further their studies in church music ministry.
